Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Late Shift LLC, a Florida limited liability company, covering finishery.com and every tool on its subdomains. By using the service you accept them.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what happens under it. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Credits

• Credits are prepaid and are spent when you start a generation. One credit is one photo, and one generation produces four photos, so it costs four credits.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
• If a generation fails on our side, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.
• Promotional free credits are a limited offer, apply only to new accounts, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Refunds

AI output is a matter of taste, and a result you simply do not like is not a fault. That said, if the service fails you or something is plainly wrong, email support@finishery.com within 14 days of purchase and we will look at it and refund unused credits where it is fair to do so.

What you may upload

You may upload a photo only if you have the right to use it. Specifically, do not upload:

• photos of another person without their permission;
• photos of children;
• images you do not own or have a licence for;
• sexual, violent, hateful, or illegal content;
• anything intended to impersonate a real person or to deceive.

We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules, without a refund.

Who owns the output

You keep the rights to the photos you upload. Subject to these terms and to your payment, you own the images the service generates for you and may use them commercially. We claim no ownership over your results and will not use them to promote Finishery without asking you first.

The service is provided as is

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will meet your expectations. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Late Shift LLC arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending your use

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used for fraud or abuse.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the current version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and disputes will be handled by the courts located there.
